During our recent weekend at Crockfords, Resorts World Genting, I was thoroughly impressed by the luxurious ambiance and thoughtful service. The Digital Key feature allowed for a seamless mobile check-in experience, which my wife and I found especially convenient as we travelled with our two daughters. Although the hotel prides itself on being a highland gem, I did notice some areas where staffing seemed a bit sparse, particularly during busy breakfast times—still, the staff made commendable efforts to rectify any oversights. Our room was elegantly appointed with air conditioning, complimentary Wi-Fi, and a well-stocked mini-bar, providing all the comfort we could ask for during our stay. One highlight was the exceptional service from Mr Jega, whose promptness and kindness ensured that any requests we had were met with a warm smile. While the majestic views and tranquil setting truly highlight the natural beauty of the region, I did encounter a few minor inconveniences, such as some unpleasant smells in the corridors due to the high-altitude location—but they were hardly enough to mar our overall enjoyable experience. My family and I were left feeling rejuvenated and pampered, and I wholeheartedly recommend Crockfords for anyone seeking a taste of luxury in the heart of Malaysia's scenic hills.
